1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. On apptimate.academy we use cookies and similar techniques as described below.
2. Which Cookies We Use
2.1 Functional cookies
We use a functional session cookie that is necessary to keep you logged in and to remember your language choice. This cookie is strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform; no consent is required for it.
On our side only, we link that same session cookie to a record of your active sign-in. This lets us monitor that an account is not signed in on more devices at the same time than permitted; your account is, after all, personal. This too falls under the strictly necessary, functional use: we do not use this data to track your behaviour, for advertising, or outside the Platform.
2.2 Analytical and tracking cookies
At present we do not place analytical or tracking cookies and do not use external analytics services. Should we do so in the future, we will place such cookies only after your consent via a cookie banner and will update this cookie policy accordingly.
3. Third-Party Services (CDN and Fonts)
For rendering, the Platform loads certain components (such as the Bootstrap stylesheet and fonts) via external content delivery networks. When these load, your IP address may be technically visible to that third party solely to deliver the relevant file. These requests do not themselves place tracking cookies on our behalf.
4. Managing Cookies
You can manage or delete cookies via your browser settings. Disabling the functional session cookie may prevent you from staying logged in.
5. More Information
For the processing of personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Questions may be directed to academy@apptimate.nl.
